Members & Roles

Scoped access
By default, Editors and Viewers see the whole workspace. Admins can restrict a member to:
- specific screen groups — they only see and schedule to those screens;
- specific media folders — they only see and use that content.
This is ideal for franchises: each store manager is a Viewer scoped to their own store, and each franchisee an Editor scoped to their group and brand folder.
Managing members
- Invite: Settings → Members → Invite. Invitations expire after 7 days.
- Change role: click the role next to a member’s name.
- Remove: ⋯ → Remove from workspace. Their content stays in the workspace.
- Transfer ownership: the Owner can make another Admin the Owner under ⋯ → Transfer ownership. There is always exactly one Owner.
On Enterprise with SSO, roles can be assigned automatically from identity-provider groups.
