Upload Media
Everything a screen can show starts in the Media library.
Open the Media library
Click Media in the dashboard sidebar.
Upload files
Drag files onto the page, or click Upload. You can select many files at once; uploads continue in the background while you work.
Wait for processing
Videos are checked and a thumbnail is generated. Items show Processing for a few seconds, then Ready. Only ready items can be added to playlists.
Organise (optional)
Create a folder such as Spring campaign and add tags like promo or menu. Folders and tags make large libraries searchable and can be used to restrict what editors see.

Tip: export images at your screen’s native resolution — usually 1920×1080 (landscape) or 1080×1920 (portrait). Anything larger just uses more storage and bandwidth.
