Monitoring · Proof of play| Term | What it means |

| Workspace | Your organisation’s account. Screens, media, members and billing all live here. You can belong to several workspaces. |
| Screen | A display plus the player device driving it (Android, Tizen, webOS, BrightSign, Windows, Linux, Raspberry Pi, ChromeOS). |
| Pairing code | The 6-character code shown on a new player. Enter it in the dashboard to claim the screen. |
| Screen group | A set of screens grouped by location, region or purpose. Every screen belongs to exactly one group. |
| Media | Images, videos, web pages, PDFs and HTML5 widgets stored in the Media library. |
| Playlist | An ordered list of media items, each with a duration and an optional validity window. |
| Layout | A multi-zone template (e.g. main video + news ticker + sidebar). Each zone plays its own playlist. |
| Schedule | Assigns playlists or layouts to screens or groups for specific days, times and date ranges, with a priority. |
| Proof of play | Per-screen logs of exactly what played and when. |
