Audit Log
The audit log records every significant action in your workspace — who did it, what changed, and when. Owners and Admins can view it under Settings → Audit log.
What’s recorded

| Screens | Paired, unpaired, renamed, moved between groups, settings changed |
| Remote commands | Reboot, restart, clear cache, screenshot, refresh — with target screens |
| Content | Media uploaded, replaced, deleted; playlists and layouts created, edited, published |
| Scheduling | Schedules created, edited, published, deleted; emergency overrides sent and ended |
| Members | Invited, joined, removed, role changed, scope changed |
| Security | Sign-ins, failed sign-ins, SSO configuration, API keys created or revoked |
| Billing | Plan changes, payment method updates |
Each entry includes the actor (member or API key), timestamp, IP address, and a before/after diff for edits.
Searching
Filter by member, event type, resource (e.g. one screen or playlist) and date range. Click an entry to see full details.
Retention and export

Audit log entries can’t be edited or deleted by anyone, including the workspace Owner.
