Publish Your First Playlist
A playlist is an ordered loop of media. In this step you’ll build one and send it to the screen you paired.
Create a playlist
Go to Playlists → New playlist and name it, e.g. Lobby loop.
Add media
Click Add media and pick items from the library. Drag to reorder.
Set durations
Images default to 10 seconds. Videos play to their full length by default. Change any item’s duration in its row.
Preview
Click Preview to watch the loop in your browser at the screen’s aspect ratio.
Assign it to your screen
Click Publish, choose Set as default content, and pick your screen (or its group). Default content (the fallback playlist) plays whenever no schedule applies.
Watch it play
The player receives the update immediately. It downloads the media in the background and starts playing once everything is cached — usually within a few seconds for small files.
Want different content at different times — breakfast menu in the morning, lunch menu after 11:00? That’s what Schedules are for.
Check that it worked
Open Screens, click your screen, and press Take screenshot. You’ll see exactly what’s on the display right now.
