Invite Teammates
Signage is a team sport — marketing makes the content, IT installs the players, store managers check their screens. Give each person the role they need.
Open Members
Go to Settings → Members and click Invite.
Enter email addresses
Add one or more addresses, separated by commas.
Choose a role
| Role | Typical person | Can do |
|---|---|---|
| Admin | IT / signage manager | Everything except billing and deleting the workspace |
| Editor | Marketing, content team | Manage media, playlists, layouts and schedules |
| Viewer | Store manager, stakeholder | Read-only: see screens, content and reports |
The workspace creator is the Owner. See Members & roles for the full permission table.
Send
Invitees receive an email valid for 7 days. Pending invitations appear under Members → Pending, where you can resend or revoke them.
Members are free on every plan — you only pay per screen.
